Please arrive approximately 15 minutes to your scheduled time. This will allow you time to fill out our client intake form for your treatments.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:
Gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire.
Holders of gift certificates must call us at 860 202 9545 to schedule an appointment.
Gift certificates must printed out and presented at the time of service.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES:
Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
As a courtesy to our staff and our clients, a 48 hours cancellation or reschedule notice is required on all services.
Any “no shows”, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
A credit card is required for all appointments. We are accept all major credit cards.
