NEW CLIENTS:

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes to your scheduled time. This will allow you time to fill out our client intake form for your treatments.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:

 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire.

Holders of gift certificates must call us at 860 202 9545 to schedule an appointment. 

Gift certificates must printed out and presented at the time of service.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES:

Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

Any “no shows” or rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Any change made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will still be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. Appointments that are rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will result in no cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.

All appointments MUST be rescheduled by email. Voicemail messages will not be considered proper notice.
