Cancellation Policy.

We truly value your business. Your facial treatments are reserved especially for you. But please understand, we are a small business and cancellations or reschedules often result in lost time for us. So please choose your appointment time carefully.


Prior to booking your appointment, we ask that you review our scheduling policies. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us prior to booking your appointment. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:


48 hours notice is REQUIRED to reschedule or cancel any service.  


"No shows,” cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. 


Cancellations and reschedules made with 48 hours prior notice will still be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. 

All appointments MUST be rescheduled or cancelled by email. PLEASE DO NOT CALL. Voicemail messages will not be considered proper notice.
